I feel like I should mention, as business owners and operators providing services to other businesses and people, its not often we always provide the feedback (or receive feedback for that matter) in regard to our services and overall programs. I could not be happier with the service we have gotten from you all over the last year. Whether it is the availability, the follow ups, the answering our one million questions, or even just the kind nature in which you approach the customer service. As we start a New Year, I felt it important to share that experience with you both, because the experience has been great, and most importantly it is directly a result of the eƯort you two clearly put in.
